Top 5 Percent, LLC was founded in January of 2017 by two happily married veterans. One having over 20 years of business management experience and the other having over 20 years of Graphic Arts experience. We chose the City of Joliet because of it's tight-knit support amongst it's community and local businesses. It's also known as the City of Excitement!
It's no wonder why it's the fourth largest city in the state of Illinois. What does this mean for our business? It means we have the opportunity to meet the wonderful residents and network with local businesses in Joliet, as well as provide products, services, create brand awareness and build long-term relationships. Our goal is to provide the best service and products to the community.
