The museum I work for is pleased to have Heritage on our side for our vinyl needs. James Zambrano in particular has helped us tremendously at all hours and is never too busy to answer a question or give advice. I had a great experience with Heritage. I worked with James and he was incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful. We had a bigger project with lots of large banner graphics and vinyl prints. Their print and finishing quality was great. We had some late last minute requests but James always did his best to help us get the requests produced. We recently used Heritage to print and install three large window sections for a remodeled Salsarita's restaurant. From quoting through design and install, our account representative James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a slight delay internally, but these guys were able to be flexible and accommodate our schedule so that these graphics were installed prior to our grand (re)opening event showcasing this remodeled location. We will definitely use Heritage again!

I can't rave enough about the excellent customer service and product quality from Heritage printing. Our project coordinator Jerry is extremely professional, and continuously presents several valuable options that help make our large printing jobs a success (even presenting solutions that have saved my employer a great deal of money). The prompt communication and project feedback that Jerry and the Heritage Printing professionals provide is amazing. Heritage is more than just your standard Kinko's. I was creating a shadowbox to celebrate my company's 100th anniversary. I needed a 'wow' factor, a centerpiece to surround all the memorabilia and photos. I found Heritage online and was impressed with their CNC cut dimensional signs; it was a lot like I had envisioned to match the depth of the tiered objects going in the box. James Z. managed my job, and was in constant communication with me, giving me options as he quoted it, updating me on the status, and even sending me a couple pictures of the finished product before it shipped (one attached). We were on a time-crunch, very close to Christmas/New Years and I had an unveiling deadline of Jan 5. Heritage turned my order around incredibly fast and the custom sign arrived before the date I requested (which was already unreasonably tight). I was impressed with the quality of the cuts, the attention to detail and the craftsmanship. It was mounted well and installed easily -- the cleat was nice and level and didn't require any alterations. It's truly a work of art. I highly recommend Heritage; I entrusted them with a VERY important piece under a tight deadline and they delivered and exceeded my expectations.

Our annual conference was held at the Charlotte Convention Center and we worked with Heritage Printing & Graphics on our large format signage. The signage looked AMAZING and Lamar was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very attentive and made sure that everything was installed perfectly. We will be working with Heritage Printing & Graphics next time we are in Charlotte. Definitely recommend!

I cannot possibly express how great is was to work with Heritage Printing. We used them to print large FoamCore boards for an art show we hosted. The boards came out beautifully and the pictures here do not do it justice. Not only was the printing quality superb, we also tasked them with placing foam boards on top of foam boards to increase dimensionality in the final design. We were nervous about them placing these in the correct locations, but they turned out PERFECT.
In addition, our sales manager, Jerry Hyatt, was amazing. No only was he professional, but he seemed to very much care about our show and our final product. He had a great personality and I trusted him completely in getting everything done on time. Kudos!!

We needed a rush trade show display for an upcoming show and these guys got it done right with time to spare. I worked with James Zambrano and he was fantastic. He did multiple reworks of the design until we were completely satisfied and offered opinions which was much appreciated. Quick turnaround and quality work at a reasonable price, you can't ask for much more.
