A graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland, Mark received his bachelors degree in fine arts.
With a love of the outdoors, much of his time was spent painting watercolors of nature. After a short time out in the mountains of Idaho and Washington, Mark came back east and went to work for a sign company. It was there he got a taste of sandblasted redwood signs and he knew what he wanted to do. With his passion of nature and wildlife, plus the wood working skills he had developed over the years, started Woodland Signs to merge his skills and passion.
